The East Coast Line will be partially reopened in time for Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2015.
The Shuttle between Kemubu and Krai will start on 12 July 2015 with 3 departures from Krai at 5am, 10.30am 11.30am and 5pm, and 3 departures from Kemubu at 8am 7.30am, 2.30pm and 8pm.
The Tren JB – Gua Musang and Tren Gua Musang – JB Senandung Timuran will start on 13 July 2015, departing JB Sentral at 8.15pm and departing Gua Musang at 10.30pm respectively. Connecting buses to Bertam Baru, Kemubu, Dabong, Bukit Abu, Manek Urai, Krai, Temangan, Tanah Merah, Pasir Mas, Wakaf Bharu and Tumpat railway halts/stations are also available for booking as a through ticket. That is to say, JB Sentral – Tumpat tickets can be bought.
Shuttle tickets can only be bought at stations before departure, or on board the train at unmanned halts.
For the Senandung Timuran, book your tickets at any KTM Intercity ticket counter, online, or the KTMB-MobTicket app on Google Play.
