Changi Airport Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus
The Changi Airport Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus is the main transport link connecting Terminal 4 to Terminals 1, 2, and 3 at Singapore Changi Airport. Terminals 2 and 3 also serves Changi Airport MRT Station, and Terminal 1 also serves JEWEL.
The Changi Airport Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus was launched on 31 October 2017 in tandem with the opening of Terminal 4, linking the new terminal with Terminal 2. On 21 April 2020, along with the temporary 18-month suspension of Terminal 2 operations, the Changi Airport Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus was permanently rerouted to serve Terminal 3. On 13 September 2022, along with the reopening of Terminal 4, a new route links Terminal 4 with Terminal 1.
All Changi Airport Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus services are free of charge.

Passengers to and from Terminal 3 can use the underground link bridge over Changi Airport MRT Station to walk to and from Terminal 2 Arrival Pick-up Door 1.
Jewel (via T1) is only accessible in the Public Area. If you are in the Terminal 4 Transit Area (changing flights), you must clear immigration into Singapore in order to visit Jewel.

Jewel (via T1) is only accessible in the Public Area. If you are in the Terminal 4 Transit Area (changing flights), you must clear immigration into Singapore in order to visit Jewel.

The interior of the Changi Airport Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus features coach-like seats with a contoured headrest. The on-board information system is also customised for this route.
