KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS)

The KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) is a new online ticketing system by KTM Berhad for purchasing KTM ETSKTM Intercity, and KTM Komuter Northern Sector train tickets online.

The KTM KITS launched on 17 August 2020 for KTM ETS and KTM Intercity trains, and on 15 October 2020 for KTM Komuter Northern Sector trains.

From 13 June 2022, the KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) will also be used for Shuttle Tebrau train booking between JB Sentral, Malaysia and Woodlands CIQ, Singapore.

The introduction of KITS is a major overhaul of the KTM ticketing system, with all hardware and software both physical and online changed. KTM ETSKTM Intercity, and KTM Komuter Northern Sector train tickets can be purchased from ticket counters at railway stations, ticket kiosks at railway stations, the KTMB Mobile app on App Store and Google Play, and on the official KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) website at https://online.ktmb.com.my/.
