KTM Intercity Train Service Disruption
Due to the monsoon season in the East Coast sector (KTM East Coast Line) which affects the safety of train operations, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) has announced that all train services on the KTM East Coast Line will be cancelled till further notice.
(Directive issued on Facebook on Wednesday, 6 January 2021 at 8.08pm.)
Passengers affected by the train cancellations can change travel dates or get a full fare refund subject to ticket conditions.
For further inquiries, passengers may call the KTMB Call Center at 03-2267 1200 or get instant feedback by sending a message through KTMB’s social media channels.

Gangguan Perkhidmatan Tren KTM Intercity
Ekoran keadaan semasa musim tengkujuh di sektor Pantai Timur yang mejejaskan keselamatan operasi tren, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) menghumumkan semua perkhidmatan tren di laluan tersebut adalah dibatalkan sehingga diberitahu kelak.
Penumpang yang terjejas akibat pembatalan tren-tren ini boleh menukar tarikh perjalanan atau mendapatkan pemulangan tambang penuh tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat.
Pertanyaan lanjut, hubungi Pusat Panggilan KTMB 03-2267 1200 atau dapatkan maklum balas segera dengan menghantar mesej melalui saluran media baharu KTMB.
UPDATE (8 January 2021): The Shuttle Timur 50 and 53 between Kuala Lipis and Gua Musang will restart service from 9 January 2021.
