The North Sumatra and Aceh Regional Division I (Indonesian: Divisi Regional I Sumatera Utara dan Aceh), abbreviated as Divre I, is a regional division of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (PT KAI) which operates trains throughout the province of North Sumatra and a short 11.5 km standard-gauge line in Aceh between Krueng Mane and Krueng Geukueh. The main operations are centralized at Medan.

For Eksekutif, Bisnis, Premium and Ekonomi AC only. All other tickets are only sold at stations where the train serves.
