Transtar Travel Vaccinated Travel Bus Service (VTBS)

Transtar Travel has announced a rebranding of the Transtar Travel VTL Bus to become the Transtar Travel Vaccinated Travel Bus Service (VTBS) from 1 April 2022 in a Facebook post on Thursday, 24 March 2022. This is in line with the reopening of the Singapore-Malaysia land border for vaccinated travellers.

Ticket sales for the Transtar Travel Vaccinated Travel Bus Service (VTBS) seem to follow the Transtar Travel VTL Bus booking procedures exactly including fares and timetables. However, as no quota is imposed from 1 April 2022, vaccinated travellers are also free to enter Malaysia by other means by land, including by private transport.

No announcement has been made about any changes for the Causeway Link VTL Bus, but it may be safe to assume that there will be a similar rebranding since public transport across the border are bilateral agreements.

From Singapore Woodlands Temporary Bus Interchange (WTBI) 🇸🇬➡️🇲🇾: Adult S$15 / Child S$8
From Johor Bahru Larkin Sentral 🇲🇾➡️🇸🇬: Adult RM20 / Child RM10

Passengers will have a guaranteed seat on board Transtar Travel Vaccinated Travel Bus Service (VTBS). Passengers are not allowed to change seats on board Transtar Travel Vaccinated Travel Bus Service (VTBS).
