IKEA Tampines Free Shuttle Bus Services (Tampines & Serangoon MRT Stations)
IKEA Tampines offers a network of free shuttle buses to connect IKEA Tampines shoppers with Tampines and Serangoon MRT Station every day. The shuttle bus will only serve customers visiting IKEA Tampines. IKEA Tampines is located within Tampines Retail Park which also consists of COURTS Megastore and Giant Hypermarket.
The Tampines Retail Park Free Shuttle Bus Services was formerly operated by ComfortDelgro Bus until 14 May 2023. The IKEA Tampines Free Shuttle Bus Services is operated by Leisure Frontier via Bookabus from 15 May 2023.

SBS Transit Feeder Bus Service 296 operates from Tampines Bus Interchange to Tampines North Polyclinic, Angsana Primary School, and Tampines Retail Park (IKEA, Giant Hypermarket and COURTS Megastore). It will serve 17 other bus stops enroute along Tampines Avenue 5, Tampines Avenue 6, Tampines North Drive 1, Tampines North Drive 2 and Tampines Street 64.

Tampines MRT Station-Tampines IKEA Shuttle Bus Pick Up Point
The pick up point for the Tampines MRT Station-Tampines IKEA shuttle bus is at the Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point (East West Line) just outside Exit B.
Passengers can also use SBS Transit Feeder Bus Service 296 from Tampines Bus Interchange as an alternative to travel to IKEA Tampines.
Serangoon MRT Station-Tampines IKEA Shuttle Bus Pick Up Point
The pick up point for the Serangoon MRT Station-Tampines IKEA shuttle bus is at the informal shuttle bus lay-by behind the overhead bridge after the Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point (Circle Line) near Exit E.
Passengers can also use SBS Transit Bus Service 58 from Serangoon MRT Station Exits F or H as an alternative to travel to IKEA Tampines.

Shuttle service from bedok to ikea is never on time. A 10 mins difference from schedule time is fine, but I’ve experienced twice when the schedule time has passed 30mins and still no sight of bus. Free shuttle doesn’t mean the bus drivers can take their time. Very bad customer experience, I’ll prefer to go other places to shop. Ikea is not the only furniture and furnishing store in Singapore.
New time table for IKEA to Tampines and Bedok shuttles service bus has change from 30 mins route to hourly weekly from MAY 2022 .

Waited from 15:45 pm to 16:35pm at Tampines shuttle bus pick up point to go ikea Tampines but to no sight of the bus… A lots of passengers are in the queue too waiting from 15:45pm
I shuttle bus came at 16:08pm to alight passengers but not picking us up as he stated on his windscreen “out of service”
With no replacement bus to cover the time slots.

1 Dec 22, It’s a heavy downpour at Tampinese. Had waited for 30 minutes and the shuttle bus never appeared. The Queue is getting longer. Perhaps the people looking into this service should buck up. Children are restless waiting for the shuttle bus.
Waiting for shuttle bus from tampinese mrt not appeared. Bus park along the road no driver in the bus. Waiting from 1546 until 16 35 driver still not appeared. Heard from other passenger driver said he buying something if cannot wait son que. Bad service/ I thing this is not the first time driver live the passenger for long que. Please take action for this issue
I went to IKEA Tampines yesterday afternoon. Scheduled time for bus to reach Bedok pick up point was 3.15pm. The bus reached at 3.13pm and left at 3.15pm.
It takes about 15mins journey from Bedok to IKEA Tampines.
I was quite happy with the snacks I got from Bistro. But I hope restaurant/ cafe can get a bigger space. It’s over crowded and each tables were occupied that I didn’t manage to find a table for myself…
After shopping, it’s now very accessible to wait for the shuttle bus to get home.
It’s been more than a decade I haven’t been visiting IKEA but very soon I’m coming back again. 💙💙
The coach bus towards Seng Kang has high steps and is not friendly for elderly and those who carry heavy bags of groceries. Thank you
What is the timing ah
According to the schedule is 2.05pm and 3.05pm from bedok to IKEA But was waited at bedok mrt exit b from before 2pm till 3.40pm and there is no sign of arriving/appearance of the bus at all
Scheduled to pickup at Ikea Tampines at 5:25pm, it’s been 20 minutes and the bus is still not here. Everyone has been waiting under the blazing hot sun for 20 mins and the shuttle bus is still not here yet. Extremely unsatisfied with this service
