  1. Hi, I bought the tickets from easybook however I realised that I made a spelling mistake on one of our names. Do I have to buy another ticket or can I still use it?

  2. Hi! I tried clicking the print e-ticket but i couldnt see our actual e ticket?

  3. Hey, I think the print ticket button now redirects to a QR coded ticket page. My friend told me that I would have to go to the counter to exchange those QR codes tickets for the actual tickets. Is that true? Thank you!

  4. HI, would like to know whether our cancellation has been approved? as we need to re-book again.
