The BDNS (Blue Day/Night Second) is a generalization of JR 14 Series sleeping berth coaches (OHANE, OHANEFU, SUHANEFU) donated by the Japanese Government used on previous Blue Train services in Japan and the Malayan Tiger Train in Malaysia. Berths are formed of 2 upper and 2 lower berths per section.

It is currently used on the Ekspres Selatan between JB Sentral and Pulau Sebang (Tampin) only as a power generator, not for passenger service.
