1st Floor Concourse: Starting from the escalator down from the 2nd Floor, the linkway to Muzium Negara MRT Station is on the left, followed by the popular McDonald’s outlet, followed by the KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector Concourse, Kelana Jaya Line Concourse, and KLIA Transit Concourse. The KL City Air Terminal (for KLIA Ekspres services) spans both sides of the main central transfer concourse, with arrivals on the left, and departures on the right. Access to NU Sentral, KL Monorail Line and bus terminal is at the far end of the concourse.
2nd Floor Concourse: The main drop-off point is located here. ETS Gate B is used for all ETS departures from KL Sentral while ETS Gate A is used for all ETS arrivals. Skypark Link Gate A with dedicated ticket gates is used by all Skypark Link departures and arrivals. The ETS & KTM Intercity Ticket Counter is located on the left side of the concourse when looking from the driveway.
