Royal Railway Phnom Penh Airport Shuttle Train
The Phnom Penh – Phnom Penh International Airport Line or Phnom Penh Airport Shuttle Train was the first and only airport rail link in Cambodia, connecting Phnom Penh International Airport to Phnom Penh Railway Station in the city. It was an efficient mode of transport to and from the airport, connecting the airport to the city in just 30 minutes.
The Phnom Penh – Phnom Penh International Airport Line / Phnom Penh Airport Shuttle Train suspended operations some time in July or August 2020 due to consistently low passenger numbers combined with COVID-19 travel restrictions, and the track along 105K Street has been filled over and reverted back to full road traffic.
Phnom Penh Airport Shuttle Train services have been suspended due to COVID-19.
On 3 December 2020, ABC Cambodia Radio Station 107.5 FM posted some photos on their Facebook page of the filled tracks in the middle of 105K Street, reverting the road back to full road traffic. This effectively means that the Phnom Penh Airport Shuttle Train can no longer physically operate even after COVID-19.

On 8 December 2020, Khmer Times reported that the railway tracks along Russian Boulevard and 105K Street will be covered over with a protective layer of sand and bitumen “to save on maintenance costs”, and will become operational again in future when deemed viable.
