KTM More Additional Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2025 ETS Trains, 5,016 More ETS Tickets to Meet High Demand
KTM Berhad is adding 4 special ETS services in response to the overwhelming demand for Electric Train Service (ETS) tickets during the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations. These additional trains will operate on the KL Sentral–Butterworth and KL Sentral–Padang Besar routes, both to and from these destinations.
These additional ETS train services will run on 4 specific dates only: 2 days before Hari Raya (28 and 30 March 2025) and 2 days after the celebration (5 and 6 April 2025). Each train service will provide 1,254 seats daily, including Business Class seating options. This initiative adds a total of 5,016 seats over the 4 days, ensuring more Malaysians can travel comfortably during this festive period.
Tickets for these additional services will go on sale starting Thursday, 20 March 2025, at 10:00 AM. Passengers are encouraged to book early to secure their seats and avoid last-minute disappointments. Book your ticket online from the KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS).
