Picking Up Nankai Electric Railway Passes at Osaka Kansai Airport Station
Picking up Nankai Electric Railway Passes at Osaka Kansai Airport Station is easy with a clearly-signed ticket office counter area. Osaka Kansai Airport is served by Nankai trains conveniently at Kansai Airport Station (関西空港駅) including the Limited Express Rapi:t to Tengachaya, Shin-Imamiya, and Osaka Namba.
Kansai Airport Station

Kansai Airport Station is located outside of Osaka Kansai Airport Terminal 1. Notice that there are 2 logos on the station sign on the roof, belonging to JR West and Nankai Electric Railway.

Depending on how you look at it, this can be convenient or confusing as the 2 train companies share 1 station and the track in and out of Kankūjima, the island on which Kansai International Airport sits on.
Nankai Electric Railway Ticket Counter

The Nankai Electric Railway section is the one nearer to Terminal 1 with red headings.

The Nankai Electric Railway Ticket Office can be seen immediately at the concourse with the counters right there. There is also a queue already formed leading to it.

Due to the straighter distance, it is also cheaper and faster to travel to Osaka from Kansai Airport with Nankai Electric Railway.

I purchased my Nankai All Line 2 Day Pass on Klook and the voucher was instantly confirmed in the app. I booked the Nankai All Line 2 Day Pass for my trip as it was cheaper for my plan to explore the Nankai Electric Railway. Also, to get to the city, I planned to use the Airport Express which the Nankai All Line 2 Day Pass includes fully with no extra charge, with no reserved seats required so I can hop on immediately to the next train.

If taking the Nankai Electric Railway trains from Kansai Airport Station, ensure that you enter the red Nankai gates to get to the Nankai Electric Railway platform.
If all else fails, when you try to put in your Nankai Electric Railway ticket into the JR ticket gate, it will reject it, so that’s a hint that you are at the wrong train company’s gate.
