Arau Station Flooded, Kodiang Special Stop Added for ETS Passengers (25-26 November 2025)
Road access to Arau Royal Railway Station has reopened on 27 November 2025. ETS passengers for Arau may board and alight at Arau Royal Railway Station. ETS trains will no longer stop at Kodiang Railway Station.
Original Information:
Road access to Arau Royal Railway Station is currently impassable due to flooding. As a result, ETS passengers for Arau may board and alight at Kodiang Railway Station instead, until normal conditions are restored. ETS trains will make an additional stop at Kodiang Railway Station for Arau passengers.
This adjustment has been made to ensure passenger safety and smooth travel operations. Advance notifications have also been sent via SMS to affected customers to inform them of the station change.
At present, ETS train services continue to operate as usual, subject to the prevailing situation in the northern sector.
KTMB staff are stationed at Kodiang Station to assist and coordinate passenger movements, ensuring a smooth and orderly process.
KTMB will continue to monitor weather conditions and water levels, providing regular updates through official social media channels.
