KTM MySawasdee CANCELLED due to Hat Yai Flood Recovery (19–22 December 2025)

KTM MySawasdee special train operating between KL Sentral and Hat Yai Junction on 19–22 December has been cancelled due to ongoing recovery from the impact of floods in key tourist areas in Hat Yai, Thailand.

Flooding is a natural occurrence in parts of Northern Peninsular Malaysia and Southern Thailand with continuous rain in the monsoon season.

100% Refund for Affected Passengers to KTM Wallet

For online ticket purchases, passengers may cancel their tickets via the KITS app by selecting the menu MyTicket → Upcoming Ticket → Refund. A full 100% fare refund will be credited immediately to the KTM Wallet for future ticket purchases.

Upcoming MySawasdee Train Services

KTMB stated that the schedule and dates for upcoming MySawasdee services will be announced in due course, subject to the evolving situation and conditions in Hat Yai. The operator apologised for the inconvenience caused and expressed appreciation for passengers’ patience and cooperation during this period, urging customers to contact the KTMB Call Centre at 03-9779 1200 for further information or enquiries.​
