The Bogie Third Class Carriage (BTC76) is a third class seating coach, generally with 76 seats laid out in facing bays of 4 each. Basic variants of the BTC76 includes soft padded and hard wooden seats. Other higher density configurations are also present, such as tighter seats laid out in 3+2 configuration, or even longitudinal seats for a high standing capacity. Despite the different amount of seats in these lesser-seen configurations, the general classification of BTC76 for these unique coaches is still used.
