The East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) (东海岸衔接铁道) HXD3CA (和谐3CA型电力机车) is a high-power electric locomotive developed and manufactured in China, primarily by CNR Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock, with later production by CRRC Beijing Locomotive Co., Ltd. It is part of the “Harmony” (和谐, Hexie) series of Chinese electric locomotives.
