KTM Berhad Launches Rail Rewards Loyalty Programme

KTM Berhad has launched the Rail Rewards loyalty points programme from 1 January 2024. All KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) account holders are automatically enrolled as Members in Rail Rewards. Rail Points can be exchanged for KTM Wallet credits at a conversion rate of 100 Rail Points for RM1 credit to purchase future train tickets.

Members are entitled to Rail Points for every RM1 spent on any KTMB train tickets purchased through the KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) at online.ktmb.com.my or the KTMB Mobile app. Every RM1 spent is equivalent to 1 Rail Point. Rail Points will be credited to a Member’s account 5 days after the date of travel is completed. Accumulated Rail Points can be exchanged for KTM Wallet credits at a conversion rate of 100 Rail Points for RM1 of credit.

Rail Points expire every two (2) 31 Decembers. Members can redeem their Rail Points any time before expiry. Once expired, the unused Rail Points will reset back to 0 in the new calendar year.

How do I redeem my Rail Points for KTM Wallet credits?

Once you have accumulated enough Rail Points, use the slider to choose how much KTM Wallet credits you are eligible to redeem. Rail Points can be exchanged for KTM Wallet credits at a conversion rate of 100 Rail Points for RM1 of credit.
