Redeeming the Sentosa Fun Pass from Sentosa Ticketing Counter

Sentosa is offering FREE Sentosa Fun Passes to each Singaporean and PR household with 20 Tokens (worth S$20) for National Day 2020! Being a typical Singaporean, I took the offer up since it was free. After applying for it online and selecting a date to use, redemptions need to be made at Sentosa Ticketing Counters for the physical ticket tokens.

The Cable Car Station Sentosa Ticketing Counter has moved to Imbiah Forecourt in front of Madame Tussauds Singapore.

The bright orange Imbiah Forecourt Sentosa Ticketing Counter is easy to spot.

Redemption was easy as I just opened up the NDP2020 Sentosa Fun Pass page on my phone and handed it over to the Sentosa Ticketing Counter staff to process my 20 tokens.

The 20 tokens of the NDP2020 Sentosa Fun Pass was printed on a regular ticket, with 2 x 10 tokens issued.

Once I got my Sentosa Fun Pass tokens, I headed back to the Cable Car Station Cable Car Ticketing Counter to exchange my Sentosa Fun Pass tokens for the Sentosa Island Bus Tour.

My ticket for the Sentosa Island Bus Tour, with the value indicated as S$0. This costs 10 tokens.

My Sentosa Fun Pass token was returned with a stamp of Sentosa Island Bus Tour cancelling it.

The Sentosa Island Bus Tour Meeting Point was right at the same counter, so it was just a short wait at the same place before starting the afternoon session of my Singapoliday.
