Khlong Ngae Railway Station (สถานีรถไฟคลองแงะ) is located in Khlong Ngae Subdistrict, Sadao District, Songkhla Province, Thailand. It is a smaller but essential station on the Southern Line operated by the State Railway of Thailand (SRT). Khlong Ngae serves as a local station, providing access to nearby areas and communities, and also as a crossing point for trains travelling between Hat Yai Junction and Padang Besar on the route towards the Malaysian border.

The railway line connecting Hat Yai in Thailand to Padang Besar on the Malaysia-Thailand border officially opened on 1 July 1918. This development established a continuous metre-gauge rail link between Thailand and British Malaya, enhancing regional connectivity and facilitating travel and trade between the two territories.
