As the ride on the Waterloo & City Line takes just 4 minutes, it’s really easy to take a ride on the full route to cover the entire line, so that’s exactly what I’ll be doing – heading back to Bank to ride on the full Waterloo & City Line route back and forth.
At Waterloo Waterloo & City Line Underground Station, there are no ticket gates, but rather, yellow Oyster readers. Be sure to touch in on the yellow Oyster readers so that you pay your fare, if not a maximum or penalty fare may be charged if there are revenue inspectors on board the train or when you exit through the ticket gates at Bank.
Heading down to the platform just in time to catch the next train out. Waterloo & City Line trains depart every 5 minutes or so during operating hours.

The journey from Waterloo to Bank takes just 4 minutes. Barely 15 minutes since touching into the Waterloo & City Line system, I have completed exploring the entire line.
