KTM Additional Deepavali ETS Train Tickets 2025
In anticipation of heightened travel demand during the Deepavali long weekend, KTM Berhad will operate 2 additional Electric Train Service (ETS) train services on the KL Sentral – Padang Besar – KL Sentral route from 17 to 22 October 2025. Tickets for these additional ETS trains will go on sale starting 7 October 2025 at 10am. Passengers are encouraged to book early via the KTM Mobile (KITS) app, KTMB’s official website, or ticket kiosks to secure their seats and enjoy flexi-fares if and while lower.
These trains are being introduced in response to a projected surge in demand during the Deepavali celebrations. This temporary schedule will provide 630 extra seats per day, including business class seating, making a total of 3,780 additional seats over six days.
