KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) for KTM ETS & KTM Intercity
The KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) is a new online ticketing system for ETS, KTM Intercity and KTM Komuter Northern Sector train services.
Starting from 17 August 2020, it is now possible to buy KTM ETS and KTM Intercity train tickets online from the KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) website and at new ticket kiosks at stations, aside from the traditional way to get them on the spot at ticket counters.
From 13 June 2022, the KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS) will also be used for Shuttle Tebrau train booking between JB Sentral, Malaysia and Woodlands CIQ, Singapore.
The KITS system is in place at all KTM ETS and KTM Intercity stations, including ticket kiosks at KTM Komuter Northern Sector stations, and online on the KTM KITS ticket booking website and KTMB Mobile app.
For KTM ETS and KTM Intercity trains, the KITS ticket booking website is the most useful for buying tickets in advance.
