KTM Selun Khas 3 (SK3)
Selun Khas 3 (SK3) is a private, luxury saloon coach designed for exclusive use and features amenities tailored for comfort and privacy, making it suitable for business retreats, special occasions, or VIP travel. Key features of SK3 include a living room area for relaxation and gatherings, a master bedroom providing private sleeping accommodation for 2 passengers and attached bathroom with shower facilities, 2 single rooms for individual passengers, an external bathroom with shower facilities, and a pantry for private meal preparation or catering needs.
The SK3 coach is usually chartered by clients as part of KTMB’s Charter Train services or for official VIP usage.

The shape of Selun Khas 3 (SK3) looks identical to the ASC (ICF-Padu Sedia) because it was converted from it. However, much of the interior is vastly different from its previous life as an EPLUS and ASC (ICF-Padu Sedia) coach.

Living Room with Karaoke Facilities
A sofa, coffee table, and solo chairs are available in the living room area with karaoke facilities available.
Dining Area
A dining table fits 6 passengers around it.
Master Bedroom with Attached Toilet and Shower
The master bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, sleeping 2 persons. USB and universal power sockets are available inside the master bedroom.
A Xiaomi TV is available inside the master bedroom.
The door to the attached bathroom is behind the main door to the corridor.
An attached toilet and shower is available in the master bedroom.
External Toilet with Shower
A standalone toilet and shower is available for SK3 users, accessed from the corridor.
Single Room 1
The single room comes with a single bed, sleeping 1 person. USB and universal power sockets are available inside the single room. The single room passenger can use the external bathroom.
Single Room 2
The single room comes with a single bed, sleeping 1 person. USB and universal power sockets are available inside the single room. The single room passenger can use the external bathroom.
Pantry
A pantry for private meal preparation or catering needs is available at the end of the coach, with a typical kitchen area, fridge, microwave, instant water dispenser, and a coffee machine.
