CLEARED: KTM ETS train services have resumed as of 22 July 2019.
Rail Replacement Bus Services will still be in operation from KL Sentral to Tanjung Malim for ETS Gold 9224up from KL Sentral at 10.50pm daily from 25 July to 4 August 2019.
To support intensified track maintenance and renewal works, there will be early closures on the line for the last train, ETS Gold 9224up from KL Sentral at 10.50pm daily from 25 July to 4 August 2019.
During the early closures, passengers travelling on ETS Gold 9224up can still reach their destinations using the KTM ETS Rail Replacement Bus Service from KL Sentral to Tanjung Malim. The KTM ETS Rail Replacement Bus Service will operate according to the train timetable.
There is currently no KTM ETS train service between KL Sentral and Tanjung Malim in both bounds due to a derailment at KM356.016, near Rawang Railway Station.
KTM ETS trains are currently running on the following routes:
Gemas – KL Sentral
Tanjung Malim – Ipoh/Butterworth/Padang Besar
KTM ETS passengers may proceed to ETS Gate B as per normal. 5 minutes before departure, a similar arrangement when Platform 3 was in operation for the ETS service is in place, whereby there are “Follow Me” staff to walk passengers to the bus pick-up point for the ETS Rail Replacement Bus Service to Tanjung Malim where passengers may continue with the ETS service by train.
Passengers holding ETS tickets from KL Sentral or Tanjung Malim may use the chartered ETS Rail Replacement Bus Service between KL Sentral and Tanjung Malim. Buses depart according to the equivalent KTM ETS schedule.

ETS Rail Replacement Buses are standing by at KL City Air Terminal (CAT) KLIA Ekspres Departure Hall driveway to ferry passengers to Tanjung Malim.
Like a train, there are 6 coaches on the ETS service.
Passengers may board the open ETS Rail Replacement Buses according to the instruction of ground KTM staff.
