KTM Extra ETS & Ekspres Lambaian Aidiladha (ELA) Trains for 2024 Hari Raya Aidiladha Season
KTM Berhad will be running a series of additional ETS trains for the 2024 Hari Raya Aidiladha season. There will be extra ETS Platinum train services between KL Sentral and Butterworth, and between KL Sentral and Padang Besar. There will also be the Ekspres Lambaian Aidiladha (ELA) charter train operating between KL Sentral and Tumpat for passengers going back to Kelantan.
Hari Raya Aidiladha 2024 falls on Monday, 17 June 2024. There will also be an extra Hari Raya Aidiladha Holiday on Tuesday, 18 June 2024 for Kedah, Kelantan, Perlis, and Terengganu. Due to the proximity to the weekend, this will make it by default a 3-day or 4-day long weekend, and some will even take more days off to make it a longer holiday, stacking with the long weekend. The 2024 Hari Raya Aidiladha extra trains schedule revolve around this long holiday.
Tickets for the Hari Raya Aidiladha 2024 extra ETS trains have opened for sale on 26 May 2024 at 3pm on the KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS).

There will be 1 extra pair ETS trains each on the KL Sentral-Padang Besar and KL Sentral-Butterworth routes operating in both bounds. The extra KL Sentral-Padang Besar and KL Sentral-Butterworth trains will be ETS Platinum.
