KTM Komuter Free 24 Hour Train Rides for Thaipusam 2024
KTM Komuter will operate 24-hours throughout the KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector during the Thaipusam period from 23 to 26 January 2024. Free rides will also be offered on 24 and 25 January 2024 on the the KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector. Here are the train information for the additional KTM Komuter trains running for Thaipusam 2024 and free rides.
KTM Komuter 24 Hour Thaipusam 2024 Timetable

The KTM Komuter Thaipusam 2024 additional trains will run from the night of 23 to 25 January 2024 (late 23 January 2024 to 26 January 2024 early morning), on top of the existing train timetable. There is no service enhancement during the day.
Trains will run on the Batu Caves-Pulau Sebang (Tampin) Line, and a cross-line operation on the Tanjung Malim-Pelabuhan Klang Line with trains going to Batu Caves instead of Tanjung Malim. There are no 24-hour trains between Tanjung Malim and Putra.

How to enjoy free rides on KTM Komuter for Thaipusam 2024

Free rides on KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector will be offered on 24 and 25 January 2024. However, tickets must still be used. Passengers can use existing methods of payment such as KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (KITS), Touch ‘n Go Card, credit cards, debit cards, or collect a free token from the ticket counter.
KTM Komuter stations operating 24 hours for Thaipusam 2024

28 of 56 stations will be operating for 24 hours for Thaipusam 2024. It is not known what is the difference between opened and closed stations, as the KTM Komuter Thaipusam 2024 additional trains will stop at all stations except between Tanjung Malim and Putra.
If using Rapid KL logic, these stations will be open for entry, and other stations not mentioned will be for exit only.
If using normal logic, trains will stop at other stations not mentioned, but passengers will not be able to enter or exit the station.

Clarification from KTM Berhad is not helpful as they only direct passengers to their website which has no relevant information on the specifics of these 24 hour stations.
