Rapid KL Sentul Timur-Bandaraya LRT Suspended from 2 April 2023
LRT Ampang and Sri Petaling Lines Bandaraya, Sultan Ismail, PWTC, Titiwangsa, Sentul, and Sentul Timur LRT Stations will no longer be served by the shuttle train in this stranded sector from 2 April 2023. New LRT Bridging Bus Services LRT11, LRT13, and LRT14 will be introduced from 2 April 2023.
Trains used for the Bandaraya-Sentul Timur Shuttle Train can no longer meet operational criteria and have to be removed from service for safety reasons. The stranded trains are unable to return back to the Ampang LRT Depot due to the structural and track damage near Bandaraya LRT Station since 27 January 2023.
The last day of operations for the Bandaraya-Sentul Timur Shuttle Train will be on 1 April 2023.

The LRT Bridging Bus Services LRT11, LRT13, and LRT14 will operate with 40 buses at a frequency of 10-15 minutes during peak hours depending on traffic conditions.
The existing Rail Bridging Bus Services LRT9 and LRT10, partially duplicating the Hang Tuah-Masjid Jamek Shuttle Train, will be terminated. Passengers can continue to use the Hang Tuah-Masjid Jamek Shuttle Train and newly-extended Rail Bridging Bus Service LRT11.
