For travellers using the Japan Rail Pass offered by JR Group or going to the western and southern parts of greater Tokyo, the Narita Express is your best way to get there.
Exchanging your Japan Rail Pass exchange order is easy with the JR East Travel Centre situated directly opposite the ticketing counter for the Narita Express. They will even help you get a reserved seat together with your exchanged Japan Rail Pass. Simply head down to the platform by using the manned gate and show your Japan Rail Pass with your reserved seat ticket to the staff.
The journey will take 59 minutes.

The Narita Express makes other stops after Tokyo including Shinjuku. For those transferring to other stations within eastern Tokyo, take the Yamanote Line or Keihin-Tohoku Line just above the Narita Express platforms. Follow the signs to transfer and do not exit the transfer station – your Narita Express ticket is valid all the way.
