The Don Mueang Airport Bus Service A1 is a convenient high-frequency bus service linking Bangkok Don Mueang International Airport to Chatuchak Park MRT Station at most times of the day. Despite being an almost non-stop express bus running via the tollway, it is part of the BMTA network of public buses in Bangkok, and charges reasonable local fares of just 30 Baht (~S$1.33). Coming in from my Scoot TR866 flight from Singapore, I hopped over to Gate 6 to catch the Don Mueang Airport Bus Service A1.
The BMTA airport bus stop is clearly marked just outside Gate 6.
A1 buses with a red plate terminate at Chatuchak Park MRT Station and do not continue on to Mo Chit Bus Terminal. If you are simply transferring to the BTS or MRT, you don’t have to worry about this signage as both types of A1 buses will get you there.
