The KLIA Transit runs every 15 minutes during peak hours (4 trains per hour) and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours (2 trains per hour).

A Return Trip fare is at twice the one-way fare, except for the KL Sentral-KLIA/klia2 sector at RM100 (Adult)/RM45 (Child).
