The Bas SMART Selangor is a free bus service scheme offering residents in rural areas a new mode of public transport. One of the newer, useful and somehow unpublicized routes are those plying in Sepang, and the SPG01 bus from Tanjung Sepat and KLIA/klia2 gets you to Salak Tinggi ERL for FREE!

For the leg from KLIA and klia2 to Salak Tinggi ERL Station, the bus plies the opposite route of the SPG02.
The KLIA – klia2 routing operates in a single direction. From klia2, the bus heads for Salak Tinggi and does not go back to the LTCP or KLIA.

The SPG01 bus terminates at Salak Tinggi ERL Station.
The journey from klia2 to Salak Tinggi ERL Station took around 25 minutes.
As this is a long route between Tanjung Sepat and Salak Tinggi ERL Station, there is a break time for the driver once the bus arrives.
From here, you can continue your journey onwards to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, Bandar Tasik Selatan or KL Sentral by the KLIA Transit at a fraction of the cost as compared to the KLIA Ekspres.

Overall, considering that this is a free bus service, the ride was actually more comfortable than a regular paid service due to the low ridership (for now) and comfy seats. Saving money on the KLIA Ekspres makes the journey even sweeter.
