The H2 Sarawak Hydrogen Bus is a new bus service in Kuching, Sarawak which serves the downtown area of Kuching. While Kuching already has simple and potentially inefficient public transport in the form of stage buses, the H2 Sarawak Hydrogen Bus is a free service to test out this new technology. The H2 Sarawak Hydrogen Bus comes with the H2 Sarawak App to check the real-time location of the bus, and the timetable, though inaccurate, is integrated with Google Transit (and thus should not be followed).
Since 22 February 2020, the H2 Sarawak Hydrogen Bus launched the second Damai Route in addition to the initial Downtown Heritage Loop, transporting passengers between Riverside Majestic and Damai Central for Damai Beach and Sarawak Cultural Village.
The Riverside Majestic bus stop is where the H2 Sarawak Hydrogen Bus originates and terminates.

The Damai Route bus departs twice a day from Riverside Majestic at 9.00am and 2.00pm. It returns back from Damai Central departing at 11.00am and 5.00pm.
The Damai Route runs for 33.5 kilometers in each direction, with stops at Riverside Majestic Hotel, Sarawak Museum, Satok Bus Station 1, Satok Bus Station 2, Petrajaya Bus Station 1, Petrajaya Bus Station 2, Damai Central Bus Stop 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.

There is another sign for a Smart Bus System posted on the Riverside Majestic bus stop roof, but I doubt this bus is still in operation.
The first bus in the fleet, QAA372X, is designated as Bus 372 or Red Bus. This, however, is just a fleet designation rather than a route designation.

Slightly before 2pm, the Damai Route bus moves up to the bus stop to board passengers for Damai Central.

Shortly after 2pm, the Damai Route bus departs for Damai Central.
Unfortunately, due to a lack of time on this short trip to Kuching, I was not able to joyride on the Damai Route bus due to the long bus layover schedule at Damai Central, which would just result in a burnt day in Kuching for me.
On 27 March 2022 we took the Damai Loop H2 bus to SCV / Damai Central. The schedule is now 8 am, 11 am and 3 pm leaving from Riverside. On Saturdays and Sundays. We took the 11 am bus arriving about 12 noon. Walked around visiting the cultural village and then Damai Central before heading back for the 4 pm presentation at the SCV. The H2 bus was waiting right outside and we boarded it to head back to town. It left about 515 pm. Hope the notes helps someone.
On sept 21st 2022
I went back from the information center and the bus schedule is ongoing only the week end which is Saturday and Sunday so departures time are 9 am and 2 pm from the Riverside majestic hotel roughly takes an hour and a half to get to Damai central
Departures time from Damai central are 11am and 5 pm
Wish it would help
Waited for the bus today at 9 a.m. (16th of October 2022) for 45 min. The bus didn’t show off so I booked a Grab instead. The Grab driver told us that the bus isn’t running at the moment because to less people using it. Seems like currently there is no other option than ordering a Grab.
