KTM ETS & KTM Intercity Online Cancellation and Refund with Travel Dates from 18th March 2020 – 14th April 2020 (2020 Malaysia Movement Control Order)

The ETS & KTM Intercity Online Refund Website was created to facilitate online refunds for customers on ETS and KTM Intercity train services with travel dates from 18th March 2020 – 14th April 2020 during the 2020 Malaysia Movement Control Order (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Malaysia 2020) as a precautionary measure against the COVID-19 pandemic.

RailTravel Station Online Refunds for KTM Intercity ETS

Passengers who use the ETS & KTM Intercity Online Refund Website with travel dates from 18th March 2020 – 14th April 2020 during the 2020 Malaysia Movement Control Order (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Malaysia 2020) will receive a 100% refund in their personal bank account within 45 days from the date of application.

Before the ETS & KTM Intercity Online Refund Website was created, the only way for passengers to process refunds was to head down to the nearest railway station and make a manual refund at the ticket counter where if a ticket is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to train departure time, a refund of 75% is given, and if the ticket is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to train departure time, a refund of 50% is given.
