The ETS & KTM Intercity Online Refund Website was created to facilitate online refunds for customers on ETS and KTM Intercity train services with travel dates during the 2020 Malaysia Movement Control Order (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Malaysia 2020) as a precautionary measure against the COVID-19 pandemic. The ETS & KTM Intercity online refund service has since ceased as of 31 July 2020, and refunds are now processed back in the usual way.
