JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal is temporarily closed for bus boarding activities after the fire on 23 July 2023. Here are the status for bus operations at JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal.

Express Bus

Express bus operations at JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal are back to normal as of 24 July 2023, 8.36am.

Drop-off: Express buses may drop off around the roads around JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. The drop-off location may be random and differ for each bus.

Pick-up: Express buses will pick-up at JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal exit gate. Click here for GPS location.

KKKL is currently the only express bus operator updating on the bus status. Check their Facebook page for updates. No information has been provided by Larkin Sentral as of 3pm 23 July 2023.

Local Bus

It is assumed that local bus operations at JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal are back to normal as of 24 July 2023. While there has been no official statement by Larkin Sentral or any local bus operator, express and Singapore buses are operating as per normal back at JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal as of 24 July 2023.

Drop-off: Local buses may drop off around the roads around JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. The drop-off location may be random and differ for each bus.

Pick-up: There is currently no official pick-up announcement. Assume that there are no local buses serving JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal.

The main operator of myBAS Johor Bahru is Causeway Link. Check their Facebook page for updates. No information has been provided by Larkin Sentral as of 3pm 23 July 2023.

Singapore Bus

Singapore bus operations at JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal are back to normal as of 24 July 2023, 6.50am.

Drop-off: Singapore buses may drop off around the roads around JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. The drop-off location may be random and differ for each bus.

  • SBS Transit Bus Service 170: One-way drop off to JB Larkin Sentral only. No boarding to Singapore.
  • Causeway Link Bus Service CWL: One-way drop off to JB Larkin Sentral only. No boarding to Singapore. (Info sourced from Singapore Queen Street Bus Terminal at 3.40pm)
  • Singapore-Johore Express (SJE): Normal service (Two-way as per normal) (Info sourced from Singapore Queen Street Bus Terminal at 3.40pm)

Pick-up: There is currently only pick-up by SJE. (Info sourced from Singapore Queen Street Bus Terminal at 3.40pm.) Passengers to Singapore should still consider not to use JB Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal as bus frequency may be affected due to traffic. Proceed directly to JB Sentral and walk in to Bangunan Sultan Iskandar (BSI) Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex to continue to Singapore.
