Kuala Lumpur Planned Event on Saturday, 22 January 2022
Due to a planned event in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 22 January 2022, selected KTM Berhad and Rapid KL train stations will be temporarily closed from 7am to 3pm on Saturday, 22 January 2022 on the advice of the Royal Malaysia Police. Train services running through these sections will skip these selected stations. There is also a possibility that train services running through these sections may also be terminated before entering the affected sections.

Rapid KL LRT Ampang and Sri Petaling Lines Stations Closed

- Bandaraya LRT Station
- Masjid Jamek LRT Station
- Plaza Rakyat LRT Station
- Hang Tuah LRT Station
- Pudu LRT Station
Interchange stations closed will not allow for interchange between train lines.
Rapid KL LRT Kelana Jaya Line Stations Closed
- Kampung Baru LRT Station
- Dang Wangi LRT Station
- Masjid Jamek LRT Station
- Pasar Seni LRT Station

Rapid KL MRT Kajang Line Stations Closed
- Pasar Seni MRT Station
- Merdeka MRT Station
- Bukit Bintang MRT Station
Interchange stations closed will not allow for interchange between train lines.
Rapid KL KL Monorail Line Stations Closed
- All KL Monorail Line stations closed. No train service on the KL Monorail Line.
Interchange stations closed will not allow for interchange between train lines.
There is a planned mass rally. The police are trying to prevent the masses from rallying. Not sure what the rally is about though.
The rally is being held to demand the arrest of Azam Baki, chief of the Malaysian Anti- Corruption Commission (MACC)
