KTM Berhad 50% Discount For KTM ETS & KTM Intercity Express Trains On 28 January 2022

KTM Berhad is offering a 50% discount for ETS, Ekspres Rakyat Timuran, and Ekspres Selatan train tickets for a Super 28 event on 28 January 2022.

Booking Date: 28 January 2022 from 8am to 8pm only
Travel Dates: 28 January to 27 February 2022
Valid Trains: ETS, Ekspres Rakyat Timuran, and Ekspres Selatan
Promo Code: SUPER28

No terms and conditions have been specified for this promotion. However, based on errors I encountered and other complaints on KTM Berhad’s Facebook page, here’s what I think some additional conditions are aside from the dates and trains published:

• This promotion is for Malaysians only.
• A minimum fare of RM20 applies per ticket.

Note that it may be difficult to hit the minimum fare if travelling on short distances on the Ekspres Rakyat Timuran and Ekspres Selatan. To get around this issue, simply buy a further ticket that costs RM20 eg. Kempas Baru to Gemas, which will get you a discounted fare of RM10, and then hop off at your station earlier than your ticket.
