Bus to Dabong by Ekspres Perdana
Following the Train to Dabong phenomenon that erupted after the COVID-19 wave with revenge travel by domestic Malaysian tourists, Ekspres Perdana has launched a convenient stop-gap bus solution from the Klang Valley direct to Dabong from 19 October 2021. This new daily bus route takes just around 5 hours from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) Kuala Lumpur to R&R Jelawang, Dabong, Kelantan.
There are current no KTM trains running direct from the Klang Valley to Dabong. Current public transport methods of visiting Dabong from the Klang Valley are to either take the ETS down to Gemas and change to the Ekspres Rakyat Timuran, or take the Pahang Lin Siong bus from Titiwangsa to Kuala Lipis and catch the Shuttle Timuran from there.
2 variants of the Bus to Dabong are available – a Klang branch and a Seremban branch. Both buses follow the same route in convoy from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) Kuala Lumpur to Rantau Panjang via R&R Jelawang (Dabong), Kuala Balah, Jeli, Tanah Merah, and Pasir Mas.
