The Dino Shuttle was the main transport link around the Changi Festive Village at Singapore Changi Airport, connecting Terminal 4 (T4) with Terminal 3 (T3). The Dino Shuttle was launched on 26 November 2020 in tandem with the opening of the Changi Festive Village spread around Jewel Changi Airport, Terminal 3 (T3), and Terminal 4 (T4). The Dino Shuttle operated from 26 November 2020 to 3 January 2021.

Terminal 4 (T4) hosts the Dino Fest, Dino Kart, Dino Bounce, and Changi Jurassic Mile of Changi Festive Village.
The Dino Shuttle is free of charge for Changi Rewards members and for 15 years old and below. Registration for Changi Rewards membership is free and conveniently done on your phone while in the Dino Shuttle queue. Otherwise, a Dino Shuttle pass costs S$2 per person for unlimited rides within 1 day.

⚠️ Changi Airport Skytrain and Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus services have been rationalised from 1 May 2020 in tandem with the temporary 18-month suspension of Terminal 2 operations.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: From 16 May 2020, Terminal 4 (T4) operations will be temporarily suspended in view of the very small number of flights still operating in the terminal. T4-based airlines will operate out of Terminals 1 (T1) or 3 (T3) instead.

Changi Airport Dino Shuttle Bus Fleet
Yutong ZK6126HGA
The Changi Airport Dino Shuttle uses specially customised Yutong ZK6126HGA buses, rebranded from the Changi Airport Terminal 4 Shuttle Bus livery.
The interior of the Changi Airport Dino Shuttle Bus features coach-like seats with a contoured headrest, alongside additional Dino Shuttle and Christmas decorations because Christmas is all about celebrating the birth of… dinosaurs.
The on-board information system is switched off for this route.
Changi Airport Dino Shuttle Bus Operating Hours
Mondays – Wednesdays: 2.30pm to 10.30pm
Thursdays – Sundays: 1.30pm to 11.30pm
Frequency: Observed to be every 10 minutes. (A Dino Shuttle call button is on hand at the start of the queue at each terminal to call for the Dino Shuttle, but I don’t know if it actually works since there’s a crowd with ground staff on hand.)

Public Area – Public Bus
The easiest way to get to Changi Airport Terminal 4 during all other times of the day is by public bus.
From Terminal 4 to Terminals 1, 2 & 3:
In the Public Area, you may walk from T4 Arrival Hall to Bus Stop 95151 (Airport Police Stn) opposite Airport Boulevard (approximately 10 minutes walk) and take any public bus service. All public buses will pick up from Bus Stop 95151 (Airport Police Stn) and proceed to Terminal 3, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in the mentioned order.

From Terminals 1, 2 & 3 to Terminal 4:
In the Public Area of Terminals 1, 2 & 3, head down to the basement for the bus terminal and take bus services 24, 34, 36 or 110. All public buses will pick up from Terminal 3, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in the mentioned order, and head to Bus Stop 95209 (Changi Airport PTB4) which is connected by the Changi Airport Connector from Terminal 4 Arrival Pick-up.

Public Area – Walk or Cycle
The new Changi Airport Connector allows you to walk or cycle between Terminal 4 and Terminal 2 which physically connects with Terminal 3, Jewel Changi Airport, and Terminal 1. The distance between Terminal 4 and Terminal 2 is approximately 2km or 30 minutes by foot.
