The Causeway Link AA1 Airport Shuttle Bus is an airport express bus from JB Sentral in downtown Johor Bahru to Senai International Airport. While previously operating a somewhat frequent service during most times of the day, there are currently just 5 return trips a day now departing every 2 hours. Nevertheless, the timing of the noon departure worked out for me, so I secured my ticket early on Easybook just in case tickets get sold out.

  1. I just took this bus today from JB Sentral to Senai Airport. Turns out those who booked their tickets online had to go to the Causeway Link counter at JB Sentral to get the paper ticket. A group of passengers in front of me tried to board without getting the paper ticket and the bus driver asked them to go get it.

    1. Thanks for the update. Do you happen to know which agent is the online ticket that this group are holding tickets for?

      1. Not sure about that. For me I booked my ticket directly from Causeway Link website. Luckily, before boarding I asked the worker at the bus bay whether I need to get the printed version of the ticket and he told me to go to the counter to get it. IMO I think to play safe it’s better to get the printed ticket from the counter before boarding to avoid delay.
