Mount Moiwa Summit Observation Deck
Mount Moiwa Summit Observation Deck is located at the peak of Mount Moiwa, accessible by Sapporo Mount Moiwa Ropeway and “Morris Car” Mini Cable Car. After arriving from the Morris Car, I spent about an hour up at Mount Moiwa Summit Observation Deck to enjoy the views.

The snow had just stopped so there were some patches around the observation deck.
There are padlocks locked around the Bell of Happiness which reminded me of Mount Faber instead.

The Jewels Takeaway
The Jewels restaurant was closed as my visit was still early, but there is a take-out snack bar available for snacks and drinks.
A selection of ice cream, drinks, and snacks are available.
The Jewels Takeaway Lounge
A takeaway lounge is available for customers of The Jewels Takeaway.
Lots of seats are offered at the takeaway lounge, with views of Sapporo city below through the big glass walls.
I got myself an ice cream (400 yen) since it was the most prominently advertised made with Hokkaido milk. Top-notch stuff.
I also purchased a Moiwa Quiche (550 yen) since it was the namesake, and I wanted something savoury too. This seems to be made with sweet potatoes.
One done with my afternoon snack at The Jewels Takeaway, I took the lift down to Sancho Station to wait for the next Morris Car back down.
