Cancel Causeway Link VTL Bus Ticket
This guide will show you how to cancel your Causeway Link VTL Bus ticket easily. If you cannot make it for your Causeway Link VTL Bus trip for any reason, or have keyed in wrong details that cannot be amended, please cancel your Causeway Link VTL Bus ticket to give others a chance to travel on the Vaccinated Travel Lane (Land) [VTL (Land)] between Singapore and Malaysia.
Step 1: Visit https://vtl.causewaylink.com.my/
Visit https://vtl.causewaylink.com.my/ and log in to your Causeway Link VTL Bus account. You must have a Causeway Link VTL Bus account to cancel seat.
After logging in, click on “Manage“.
Step 2: Choose Causeway Link VTL Bus Ticket To Cancel
- Click “My Booking History” on the left menu.
- Search for your bus using the departure date selection.
- After your selected bus ticket appears, click on “Cancel Seat”.
Do note that the cut off time to cancel your Causeway Link VTL Bus ticket is 4 days before your departure date. Please cancel your ticket as early as possible to give others a chance to board the Causeway Link VTL Bus.
Step 3: Confirm
Once you click on “Cancel Seat”, a pop-up box will confirm that you wish to cancel your seat.
Do note that no refund is given when you cancel your Causeway Link VTL Bus ticket. You will only release your ticket back to the booking system.
