Prai Railway Station or Prye Railway Station was a former railway station located in Prai, Penang. It was the former terminus for trains to Penang, near the mouth of the Prai River, and former KM0 of the Federated Malay States Railways. Before the opening of the Prai Swing Bridge and Butterworth Railway Station in 1967, passengers heading to Penang Island would take the railway ferry from Prye Harbour to Weld Quay Railway Pier on Penang Island.
Prai Railway Station was downgraded to a halt following the opening of the Prai Swing Bridge and Butterworth Railway Station in 1967.
