KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up from Pelabuhan Klang to Klang

My next KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up was u-turned from the train that I had just arrived on. Instead of heading directly back to Kuala Lumpur, I wanted to catch the peak hour Klang-Abdullah Hukum Shuttle in the hopes of getting a rare train set, and timed my joyriding plans around it. KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up would bring me to Klang to catch the Klang-Abdullah Hukum Shuttle 2156up with a scheduled 28-minute transit.

Pelabuhan Klang Railway Station

With the 15-minute delayed arrival of my previous KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2139dn from KL Sentral to Pelabuhan Klang, this next KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up was delayed too as the driver needed to change cabs and ready the train for departure.

I thought of getting a forward-facing seat, but there was no view out of the window for me.

My KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up departed from Pelabuhan Klang Railway Station at 4.20pm – 11 minutes late.

I wonder how long the vacuum seal on the double glazed window has been broken already for algae to grow inside it.

Jalan Kastam Railway Station

Jalan Kastam Railway Station is undergoing major trackwork. In the meantime, the line between Jalan Kastam and Pelabuhan Klang is single tracked.

Ah, unfortunately it’s a regular 83 Class EMU which will be operating on my Klang-Abdullah Hukum Shuttle 2156up.

Klang Railway Station

My KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up arrived at Klang Railway Station at 4.35pm – 7 minutes late.

The KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up arrived at Klang Railway Station Platform 3, while the 83 Class EMU which will be operating on my Klang-Abdullah Hukum Shuttle 2156up was occupying Platform 2.

I would have got back to KL faster if I stayed on board, but I’ll try the Klang-Abdullah Hukum Shuttle anyway.

The SMH Rail Klang Plant is located just beside Klang Railway Station.

26 Class 26103 Tanjung Dumpil is resting in SMH Rail Klang Plant.

The SMH Rail 17 Class Shunter is also resting here.

A Jiangsu KTK Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. locomotive for Infinity Logistics & Transport is also stabled here.

The original station building of Klang Railway Station is still in use on Platform 1. However, I did not cross over the bridge to visit it.

Here, I waited for the 83 Class doors to open for my final KTM trip of Revenge Travel Semenanjung, by KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2156up from Klang back to KL, stopping at Abdullah Hukum.
