KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2139dn from KL Sentral to Pelabuhan Klang

Following the journey from Batu Caves and lunch at KL Sentral, I continued on towards Pelabuhan Klang to cover the KTM Pelabuhan Klang Line. This is the final stretch for me to cover the remainder of stations from Subang Jaya to Pelabuhan Klang, completing all the stations in Malaysia on this VTL trip.

Sentral Kuala Lumpur Railway Station (KL Sentral)

Heading in to the fare gates at KL Sentral.

With just 3 minutes to spare, I headed down to Platform 3 to be greeted by the waiting 92 Class SCS02.

92 Class SCS02 will be operating on my KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2139dn from KL Sentral to Pelabuhan Klang.

KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2139dn only operates on the sector from KL Sentral to Pelabuhan Klang, with the limited daily services between Putra and Sungai Buloh.

Stopping before Simpang Pelabuhan Klang beside Bangsar LRT Station.

Crossing with the delayed SkyPark Link 2808up towards KL Sentral at 2.40pm.

Splitting off the KTM Central Line on to the KTM Pelabuhan Klang Line at Simpang Pelabuhan Klang.

WARNING: This will be a very dry article. This KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2139dn journey is really just to pass by all the stations on the KTM Pelabuhan Klang Line.

I was worried about being unable to cover this stretch the night before as the flooding was quite bad and the line was out of service.

Thankfully, train service was restored at midnight for my journey.

Batu Tiga Railway Station

Arriving at the restored Batu Tiga Railway Station.

While train services have been restored, there was still remnants of mud on the platform. The platforms must have been flooded too, for the sediment to rest like this.

Yup, very bad flooding the night before, where you can’t tell where the platform edge is.

My KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2139dn arrived at Pelabuhan Klang Railway Station at 4.15pm – 15 minutes late.

With the single track, I knew that this same train set will u turn to form KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up, so I tapped out to get some exterior photos.

The line onwards to Port Klang Terminal South Port, Pulau Indah Railway Station, and Port Klang Terminal West Port was locked.

Passengers continuing on to Pulau Ketam can board boats from Terminal South Port just beside this gate.

From here, I tapped back in to the system to return back up the line with the same train set, now forming KTM Komuter Klang Valley Sector 2154up.
