Shuttle Tebrau 75dn Train from JB Sentral to Woodlands CIQ
Shuttle Tebrau 75dn is the 10am train departing from Johor Bahru Sentral Railway Station (JB Sentral) to Woodlands Train Checkpoint (Woodlands CIQ) after the morning peak hours. I decided to buy my ticket just as I arrived at Larkin Sentral as the Causeway Link CWL bus had just departed and there were traffic jams on the Causeway when I was checking on Google Maps. From my Permata Utara bus from KL, I caught Maju Bus Service 227 from Larkin to JB Sentral to connect with this Shuttle Tebrau 75dn to bring an end to this MySawadee trip.

My Shuttle Tebrau 75dn departed from Johor Bahru Sentral Railway Station (JB Sentral) at 10.13am – 13 minutes late.
Departing from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Leaving Malaysia on the Johor-Singapore Causeway and with the view of the traffic jam as Google Maps was showing.
Crossing the international border from Malaysia to Singapore.
Just as I thought, buses were also stuck together with the lorries.
So contrary to the popular internet, no, the magic isn’t with crossing the border by buses. Don’t make useless information go viral, people.
Approaching Woodlands Train Checkpoint (Woodlands CIQ), arriving at 10.17am – 12 minutes late.
Woodlands Train Checkpoint (Woodlands CIQ)
Singapore immigration and customs are cleared at Woodlands Train Checkpoint (Woodlands CIQ). No photos or videos are allowed to be taken inside Woodlands Train Checkpoint (Woodlands CIQ).
The Shuttle Tebrau 75dn then forms the next Shuttle Tebrau 76up to Johor Bahru Sentral Railway Station (JB Sentral).
From here, I continued my journey by bus out of Woodlands Train Checkpoint (Woodlands CIQ), which is the real way of skipping the Causeway jams.
Conclusion
It was an easy 5-minute ride across the Johor-Singapore Causeway with the Shuttle Tebrau 75dn, even with the 12-minute delay. Seeing the buses stuck together with the lorries, the delay was also fine as it definitely helped me skip the traffic jam and potentially the crowd queuing for immigration at JB BSI as well since it was a Monday morning.
This Shuttle Tebrau 75dn trip brings to the end of this Post-MySawadee marathon overnight journey from KL to Singapore.
