Ryukyu Bus Kotsu 152 from Naha Airport Domestic Terminal to Naha Bus Terminal by Express Bus
Ryukyu Bus Kotsu 152 is an express bus from Naha Airport Domestic Terminal to Naha Bus Terminal. I managed to get the express Ryukyu Bus Kotsu 152 unknowingly by sheer luck as there are many parallel bus routes from Naha Airport to Naha Bus Terminal. With my Jetstar Asia 3K791 arrival time and Okinawa Bus Pass purchase time, this got me to the Naha Airport Domestic Terminal bus stop just before 9.30am, when the Ryukyu Bus Kotsu 152 express bus is scheduled to depart.
Do note that there are many parallel buses from Naha Airport Domestic Terminal to Naha Bus Terminal or Asahibashi, such as 23, 26, 83, 99, 113, 120, 123, 125, 152, and 190.
Naha Airport Domestic Terminal

Boarding for all Okinawa buses seems to be at the front door only, with the middle or rear door not in use.

If paying by OKICA, Okinawa’s IC card, tap on upon boarding. If paying by cash, take a numbered ticket from the box. Change can be made with 1000 yen notes on the machine at any time during the journey.
A quick check with the driver ensures that my Okinawa Bus Pass is valid for the 152 express bus.

A noticeable upgrade from regular Japanese city buses, seats have seat belts installed, along with a drinks holder and a basket, and each pair of seats gets its own stopping bell on the seat back in front. Seat belts are mandatory when the bus is on the highway.
My Ryukyu Bus Kotsu 152 bus departed from Naha Airport Domestic Terminal at 9.30am sharp on time.
Naha Airport International Terminal

My Ryukyu Bus Kotsu 152 bus made a brief stop at Naha Airport International Terminal as well, despite the door not being in operation. Nevertheless, the stop is still active, and there were no passengers here.

Stop information is announced and displayed on board the bus. The next stop after Naha Airport is Naha Bus Terminal already.

Approaching Naha Bus Terminal.
Do note that you should not go to the exit when the bus is still arriving. Quite the opposite actually. The driver would expect you to be seated until the bus completely stops, then you get up and make your way to the exit. Announcements will be made to the passengers at the bus stop to wait for passengers to alight first.
To alight, I simply flashed my Okinawa Bus Pass to the driver.
If paying by OKICA, tap your OKICA onto the reader when alighting.
If paying by cash, check the fare displayed on the screen above and drop the fare and numbered ticket into the coin box.
The bus fare from Naha Airport Domestic Terminal to Naha Bus Terminal costs ¥240.

Ryukyu Bus Kotsu 152 uses Spot 11 as a passing-through service. This is a highway bus bound for AEON MALL Okinawa Rycom, and is one of very few highway buses fully covered by the Okinawa Bus Pass.

Naha Bus Terminal is the terminating point and passing through point of many bus services, making it a convenient transfer spot.
